The Mastery Series is our most recommended program if you’d like to see sustained results in leadership and team performance, AND build world-class teams. The series spans for 6-months and will include on-site workshops, online modules, one-on-one coaching sessions, and pre-workshop assessments.

TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE

12 to 18-month program

The Transformation Package is a 12 to 18-month program that includes everything in the Mastery Package as well as a cultural transformation initiative designed to align culture with your company’s overall business strategy.

The cultural transformation includes a thorough diagnosis of the challenges faced by your company through focused-group discussions, surveys, and an organizational culture assessment instrument.
