How does the leadership development process work?
There are three parts to our leadership development program to ensure lasting change and improvement in leadership competencies:
(1) Needs-analysis and assessment – The purpose is to find out each leader’s strengths and areas for development.
(2) Design and deployment of leadership workshops based on the results of the needs analysis.
(3) Coaching and mentoring leaders to sustain team motivation and performance.
