TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE
12 to 18-month program
The Transformation Package is a 12 to 18-month program that includes everything in the Mastery Package as well as a cultural transformation initiative designed to align culture with your company’s overall business strategy.
The cultural transformation includes a thorough diagnosis of the challenges faced by your company through focused-group discussions, surveys, and an organizational culture assessment instrument.
Our change model is inspired by Kotter’s 8-STEP Change Model and entails that we implement formal interventions – such as proposing new policies to align your culture with your business strategy, AND informal interventions – such as providing more opportunities for engagement between the leaders and their people, as an example.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

- Data gathering before, mid-way, and towards the end of the cultural transformation
- One-day workshop to guide leaders and culture champions through the process. Culture champions are volunteers from within the company, who want to lead the change efforts.
- Twice-a-month meetings with key stakeholders to monitor change process
- Communication plan for the change initiative
- Providing the tools needed to properly implement change (e.g., interview prompts and job assessments in order to hire employees that will fit the new culture of the company).
- Working with your leadership team to embed the overall company culture to that of the team’s. This includes us guiding the team to revise team norms and processes that will reflect the new culture.
INVESTMENT
Starting at Php 5,500,000.00 (USD97,000) + VAT. Investment will depend on the size of your company, your challenges, and your objectives.
