ASSESSMENTS

Successful interventions can only be done after an accurate diagnosis of the root cause of the challenges you face in the workplace. Our assessments are reliable and valid in measuring specific aspects in the workplace including (but not limited to): employee strengths and values, personality traits that contribute to job performance, leadership skills, and factors that lead to disengagement.

Our workplace assessments are used as a diagnostic tool and/or as a way to measure the results of our interventions.

Depending on the needs of your organization, we either use existing psychometrically sound tests or we design our own. These assessments are in the form of surveys, interviews, or focused-group discussions.

The data we obtain from these assessments give us insights on the following:

  3. What are the employees’ strengths and areas for development?
  4. What is the root cause of attrition?
